Lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs as EHS&S; Manager at Eaton's Airdrie manufacturing facility. This critical role, reporting to the Plant Manager, is essential for managing EHS&S; programs while focusing on continuous improvement and compliance.
You will lead a small team of safety specialists, oversee risk assessments, and ensure adherence to key safety and environmental regulations. Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate improvement actions and maintain a solid safety culture. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of EHS professionals
Implement risk-control measures and safety protocols
Coordinate and track EHS training programs effectively
Conduct compliance evaluations and compliance audits
Lead emergency response plan testing and maintain documentation Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of EHS experience
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Expertise in safety, compliance, and environmental legislation
Proven skills in incident investigation and corrective action
