Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including the general ledger
Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and purchase orders
Administer tuition billing and ensure accuracy in payment processing
Support payroll through Dayforce and maintain employee records
Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with policies Requirements:
5+ years in accounting, ideally in not-for-profit or education
Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and financial reporting
