Lead transactional work from negotiation to documentation
Identify risk mitigation measures and corporate insights
Draft various legal documentation for EDC activities
Manage asset-related matters such as waivers and consents
Provide governance and regulatory compliance legal advice Requirements:
Law degree and practicing license in Singapore
Minimum of 7 years relevant legal experience
Solid communication and drafting skills
