Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating ingredients efficiently
Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver visually appealing meals
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations
Assist in managing food handling procedures, including storage, rotation, and waste reduction




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times
Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens as a line cook or similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods across various cuisines
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Skilled in meal preparation with attention to detail and presentation excellence
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
Passion for the food industry with a desire to grow culinary skills and knowledge
