Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a welcoming tone.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling.
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize customer service excellence is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
