Perform validation tests and configuration audits.

Train users and administrators on recent Oracle HCM features and modules.

Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and propose continuous improvements. Your experience Degree in computer science, human resource management, or a related field.

Qualified experience of 5 years or more as an Oracle HCM Consultant.

Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR,



Talent Management, Payroll, etc.

Experience with project management and incident tracking tools.

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in human resource management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Desired Skills

Oracle HCM certification.

Experience with cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in managing large-scale projects.
