Your key responsibilities will include providing timely legal analysis, drafting contracts, and advising on matters relating to corporate governance within the gaming, liquor, and cannabis sectors. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative frameworks while supporting the AGCO’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on legislative applications and standards
Assist AGCO officials with policy development and compliance
Draft legal documentation and contracts for operations
Advise on corporate governance and employment law matters
Represent the Registrar in engagements with stakeholders Requirements:
Law Degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institution
Membership in positive standing with Ontario's Law Society
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in regulatory contexts
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
