Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a commitment to food safety and quality. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained.

The Chef will play a vital role in creating cutting-edge menus, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes
Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Develop innovative menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in cooking, food presentation,



and customer service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Ensure timely serving of food to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold restaurant reputation
Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, menu planning, and operational improvements

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
Supervising experience within the food industry or hospitality sector preferred
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with staff
