Enhance patient care quality as a Clinical Resource Nurse with a focus on Anesthesia and ICU nursing. This role emphasizes clinical expertise and collaboration with diverse health disciplines. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in related clinical settings, specifically in Anesthesia or ICU nursing. A Bachelor of Nursing Degree is preferred, along with current CRNM registration and BCLS certification.
Key responsibilities include leadership, establishment of IVs, and patient/family education. Key Responsibilities:
Establish IVs for patient care effectively
Set up and interpret invasive monitoring systems
Collaborate with health specialists for patient needs
Lead and mentor nursing staff within clinical settings
Educate patients and families on care procedures Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of related ICU or Anesthesia nursing experience
Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification
Solid critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Must pass required background checks Bring expertise in critical care nursing to impact patient outcomes positively in our healthcare team.
