Job Title: Business Analyst - Intermediate

Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID)

Duration: 5 Months

Client: Public Sector
5 years of Business Analyst experience in large enterprise environments.
Robust experience gathering and documenting business & technical requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR, Epics, User Stories).
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.
Create current/future state process maps, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.
Translate business needs into explicit functional requirements for technical teams.
Collaborate with UX designers to convert user needs into business requirements.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
Support QA/UAT by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and ensuring requirements traceability.
Maintain project documentation, traceability matrices, RAID logs, and status reports.

Must-Have Skills
Agile project delivery experience.
Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD,



NFR, User Stories).
Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Process mapping and workflow modeling.
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio.
UX collaboration and solid communication skills.
