Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time/ Part time Tearista. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while providing exceptional service and high-quality tea experiences. As a Tearista, you will have the opportunity to share your love for tea and contribute to a vibrant community environment.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Prepare a variety of beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and service areas.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.




Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service during peak hours.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for effective order processing.
Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transactions.
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is beneficial.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A passion for customer service and the ability to create a positive experience for guests.

Operating Hours & Availability
Should be available to work during store hours
Must be able to work on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
Opening shifts can be starting early as 9am, and closing shifts ending at 11:30pm
