We are seeking experienced welder/Ironworkers to join our team. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and erecting structural steel components for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to work at heights.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications
Measure, cut, and shape steel components using various tools and equipment
Weld or bolt steel components together to create structural frameworks
Use rigging equipment to lift and position steel components into place
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role




Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
Solid physical stamina and the ability to work at heights
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
