We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain product displays, and promote the company’s products, services, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and tagged.
Promote KongaPay, BNPL, Konga Travels & Tours, and other sales channels.
Drive sales, negotiate with customers, and achieve targets.
Provide accurate product information and feedback on pricing and recent products.
Requirements
Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Quick learner with valuable customer service and communication skills.
