Select Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for an experienced superintendent for a residential high-rise building in Downtown Toronto.

Requirements
Previous experience in an Ontario high-rise condominium
Valuable English communication skills
Knowledge of:
Garbage compactor systems
Fire panel procedures
Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
Daily building inspections and common area maintenance
This is not an entry-level position.
