Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Building Maintenance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining secure, clean, and well-functioning properties.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Operate and safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
Meet with clients and residents in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
Respond to maintenance requests and communicate repair timelines.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
Maintain accurate records of completed work using a computer or maintenance software.
Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, or other property upkeep as required.
Periodically on-call (Weekends/After Hours)

Qualifications
Experience in building maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field is preferred.




Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients, residents, and contractors.
Proficient in using common hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills, including email, work order systems, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must have Valid driver's license.
