Responsibilities
Chill Customer Chats:
Kick back and chat with customers, helping them find the perfect cannabis products that match their vibe.
Keeps Up with Product Knowledge:
Keep up with the latest and greatest in the cannabis scene, from the dankest strains to the coolest trends.
Smooth Sales Moves:
Be the maestro of sales using our laid-back Point of Sale (POS) system, Cova. Knowing the ropes is a bonus.
Dispensary Zen Zone:
Keep the shop looking crisp—clean, organized, and welcoming.
Educate with Ease:
Share your wisdom on the responsible and enjoyable use of cannabis products, helping customers navigate their high times.
ID Check :
Checking IDs to make sure everyone's old enough to join the cannabis party.
Inventory Vibes:
Help keep the good times rolling by making sure our stock is always in the groove. Keep those shelves dancing with variety!
Qualifications
Must be at least 19+ years old with a valid Selling It Right (no exceptions – we're serious about this one).
Bring your A-game in customer service and rock those communication skills.
Know your stuff when it comes to cannabis strains, products, and how to have a good time responsibly.
Be on top of cannabis regulations and follow the flow of compliance standards.
Ride the wave in a rapid-paced environment with a smile on your face.
Bonus points if you know your way around Cova, our POS system.
Pay attention to details, especially when it comes to transactions and inventory. We want everything running smooth.
