Medjoie Foods is a growing Mediterranean grocery and deli offering authentic products, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and support daily cashiering operations.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, positive experience
Offer knowledgeable guidance on Mediterranean products, ingredients, and deli items
Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle basic cashier duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and retail area
Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

Requirements
Fluent in English and Italian or English and Greek




Robust customer service and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail workplace
Previous cashier or retail experience is an asset but not required
