The Clinical Adoption

Manager collaborates with the Account Executive to enhance procedural utilization and physician confidence. You will engage with healthcare stakeholders, supporting patient identification and referral development while ensuring operational growth of Hologic’s technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account-specific adoption strategies
Identify and address barriers to procedural growth
Monitor utilization trends and suggest strategies
Reactivate inactive physicians and programs
Drive adoption and usage of Sonata and Acessa Requirements:
Bilingual in French and English
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years in medical device sales or clinical support
Ability to influence physician behavior
Excellent communication and presentation skills Maximize physician engagement and procedural growth within Hologic's impactful RFA portfolio.
