Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and confident managing both administrative and clinical support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
Payroll processing
Supervise and support front desk and clinical support staff
Support scheduling, client bookings, and service coordination
Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
Support inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Monitor clinic performance, reporting, and basic budgeting
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health/safety standards
Support marketing initiatives and client retention efforts
Qualifications
Previous experience in clinic management, office management, spa management, or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong understanding of and ability to apply the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Employment Standards Act (ESA) in a workplace workplace.
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with medical aesthetics or wellness industry is an asset
