Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent chance for a CPA who enjoys financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement, and leading a high-performing accounting function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee financial reporting and compliance while helping strengthen accounting processes and providing meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.

Lead the accounting and bookkeeping function. Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidated and legal entity financial statements in accordance with ASPE. Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Research and document appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions, including technical accounting memos and financial statement disclosures.



Monitor changes to accounting standards and assess their impact on the organization. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies.

Deliver 95%+ on‑time monthly and quarterly financial reporting with zero material audit adjustments. Reduce the month‑end close process by 20–30% through process improvements and automation. Standardize key reconciliations and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Lead a smooth, on‑time external audit with minimal audit adjustments and robust stakeholder feedback.

Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and managing external audits. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline financial processes. #
