Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Asphalt Paving Rakers to join our dynamic construction team! Responsibilities
Assist with the spreading and leveling of asphalt materials during paving operations to ensure a smooth surface.
Operate raking tools and assist in managing asphalt flow on the paving site.
Support heavy equipment operators by positioning materials and clearing debris from the work area.
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working setting for yourself and team members.




Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain cleanliness around the work zone, including proper disposal of waste materials.
Assist in setting up and breaking down paving equipment as needed to facilitate efficient workflow.

Experience
Prior construction experience preferred, especially in paving or roadwork environments.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, or pavers is a plus.
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials will be advantageous.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
