Job summary
Prepare work orders for all sales and service transactions and give them to the Technicians.
Take "service call" telephone requests, write up work orders
Invoice all product and service sales, once work is completed.
Handle sales and service requests at the counter and by telephone, facilitating superior customer service techniques.
Monitor all service activities and appointments to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
Work with other retail and commercial service advisors under the guidance of the store manager.

Qualifications
Previous mechanical and automotive industry experience is required.
Previous experience in a leadership position would be an asset.
Valid Driver's License.
Computer literate.
Robust communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Commission Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
