Duties
Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning, from venue setup to guest registration
Support marketing efforts by promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with vendors, venue staff, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
Help with upselling opportunities by recommending additional services or packages to guests and clients
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for event preparations and follow-up tasks




Assist in budgeting activities by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or hotel operations is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of marketing strategies and guest services best practices
Ability to negotiate with vendors or clients to secure favorable terms when needed
Experience in upselling or customer service roles that involve active engagement with clients or guests
Familiarity with event planning tools or software is a plus but not required
