We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals with a background in construction, carpentry, or handyman services to contribute to diverse projects and grow within our company.
Duties
Install building materials and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints
Perform construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installation
Utilize carpentry skills to measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials
Conduct repairs and adjustments as needed during installation processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations
Follow all safety protocols and procedures throughout the installation process
Requirements
Proven experience in construction, carpentry,
or handyman work is highly preferred
Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and blueprint reading
Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment usage
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are a plus
Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic building techniques is desirable
