Supervise and ensure fleet transfers are handled effectively
Lead daily and weekly production and sales meetings

Approve financial documents to minimize expenses
Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations annually Requirements:
More than five years of skilled experience
Education equivalent to one year in business administration
Solid interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Training in equipment repair preferred
