Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and employees.
Oversee dairy herd health, feeding, breeding, and animal welfare.
Monitor robotic milking systems and farm equipment.
Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Assist with crop, forage, and feed management.
Ensure protected work practices and maintain high operational standards.
Troubleshoot day-to-day farm issues
Qualifications:
Previous dairy farm supervisory experience.
Solid leadership and organizational skills.
Experience with dairy cattle, agricultural equipment, and robotic milking systems is an asset.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Valid driver's licence.
