Join Eskasoni Health Centre as a full time Quality Improvement & Data Analyst. This role focuses on enhancing community health through data management and quality initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Administrative Operations, you will play a critical role in data-driven quality improvements across health programs.

This position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to identify trends and gaps, ensuring services align with First Nations Ownership Control and Possession (OCAP) standards while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data to support program improvements in healthcare
Provide guidance on system improvements and performance metrics
Conduct environmental scans to apply best practices




Maintain and organize confidential health records
Engage community members for inclusive data planning Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, or related field
Completion of a statistics course or equivalent experience
Proven analytical skills and data management experience
Knowledge of confidentiality and data governance
Understanding of cultural competency principles Utilize your skills to contribute toward evidence-informed decision-making at Eskasoni Health Centre.
