Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the dealership's financial operations and accounting functions
Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
Perform account reconciliations and inventory audits for Parts and Sales departments
Monitor payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Accountant or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
