Pay Rate: $60.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a Content Designer to create transparent, user-centred content for digital products. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex user journeys, improve accessibility, and deliver intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX writing and content design for digital products.
Write explicit, accessible content for user flows and digital experiences.
Collaborate with product, UX, design, and development teams.
Advocate for user-centered content and challenge briefs when needed.
Present content recommendations to stakeholders.
Use customer insights and data to improve content performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
Financial Experience and Robust UX writing and accessibility experience.
Proficiency with Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
Experience working in Agile product teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
