Join Atura Power in the vital role of Indigenous Engagement Advisor. Focus on cultivating robust relationships with Indigenous communities while leading engagement initiatives in Ontario's energy sector. In this role, you will report to the Director, Workplace & External Affairs, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your expertise in Indigenous relations and project planning will be pivotal in developing partnerships that promote inclusion and reconciliation. You will actively support Atura Power’s commitment to meaningful engagement through strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute engagement activities for projects
Identify community concerns and priorities
Support the implementation of Reconciliation Action Plan
Prepare briefing materials for leadership
Monitor emerging issues surrounding Indigenous relations Requirements:
University degree in relevant field
2–5 years experience in community engagement
Familiarity with Indigenous culture and governance
Solid judgement in a stakeholder environment
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite Drive engagement and foster partnerships within Indigenous communities while making a meaningful contribution to Atura Power.
