Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customers, sales, excellent communication skills, and consistent with their effort.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals by providing excellent service and sales retention
Utilize a CRM system to track and analyze sales data
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Experience

Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, preferably in energy commodity or energy services sales or related field
Robust understanding of inside and direct sales and business development processes
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in using CRM system
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in energy commodity sales
Experience in energy services sales




Customer service experience
