Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the worksite. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of projects. Candidates should be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills.

Transportation
Transport in City limits is employee responsibility. This job takes place at different sites in Calgary.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at construction sites
Prepare job sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and materials
Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools and materials as needed
Perform basic demolition tasks and assist with site cleanup
Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Assist with measuring, cutting,



and assembling materials according to project specifications
Help in maintaining a safe and organized work setting throughout the project duration

Skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Solid work ethic with attention to safety procedures and guidelines
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred but not mandatory if accessible by company arrangements
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not necessary; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
