Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project planning and execution.
Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of materials
Assist in tracking project progress
Support site teams with daily operations by managing documentation, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information),



and submittals.
Monitor safety protocols in office, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders by preparing reports, schedules, and updates that keep everyone aligned on project goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction with a solid understanding of construction processes.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a quick-paced setting.
Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety standards.
Ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
