Simplechic Jewelry is a fast growing Calgary local jewelry brand. Currently, we have four storefronts at CF Chinook Mall, Market Mall, Cross Iron Mills, and West Edmonton Mall. We are planning to open more locations in the foreseen future.

We need a few part time Brand Ambassadors to help us with our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers
Perform Permanenet Jewelry service.
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
Basic Handcraft Skill
Able to work multiple locations in Calgary




Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Retail experience or related field is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
