Responsibilities
Full Accounts Payables (A/P) Cycle: Administer Invoices and check reconciliations
Provide customer service support to internal clients, suppliers, and customers
Support monthly payment reconciliations
Produce A/P listings and reconciliations, including monthly variance analyses
Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks
Monthly General Ledger (GL) Account Reconciliations
Month End close responsibilities
Prepare cheque runs and deposits and wire transfers
Prepares accounting entries for submission in Quantum.
Qualifications
Candidate must be available for the full 4-month duration as of September 2026.
Must be enrolled in a university level accounting / finance program.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Access, Word
Bilingual (English and French)
