Overview

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn.

Duties
Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
Help maintain an organized work area by cleaning up debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.





Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
