Summary

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our energetic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations at our busy locations, contributing to our mission of providing delicious meals and excellent service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Assist in inventory management and merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or cashier roles.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for food service.
