Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone or chat
Providing service to customers who come in for dine in
-Serving tables food & alcohol

-Organization & time management to help provide a smooth service
Process orders, prepare takeout bags ensuring it's ready for customers to receive

Qualifications:




Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Updated Serving it Right form
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Proficient in data entry and cashier skills
Sales experience or ability to upsell products is desirable
