We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Servers/Bottle Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to a high-energy nightlife workplace.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally.
Present menus, beverage lists, and bottle service packages.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Upsell premium spirits, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service packages.
Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Prepare and present bottle service with proper garnishes and presentation.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest tabs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
Work closely with bartenders, hosts, security, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all liquor laws, company policies,
and responsible alcohol service practices.
Qualifications
Previous serving, hospitality, nightclub, or bottle service experience preferred.
Smart Serve Certification required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
Must be punctual and reliable.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry trays, bottles, and service items.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation
Hourly wage plus tips and gratuities.
Versatile scheduling.
Pay: $17.80 per hour
