Deliver Wendy's University training programs effectively
Coordinate product and operational training for staff
Certify Training Restaurants in assigned markets
Support current restaurant training and launches
Conduct field coaching and assessment visits Requirements:
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years in a training or operations role
Stellar presentation and instructional skills
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
