About The Role What you will actually do Produce accurate, sheet-referenced quantity takeoffs for concrete, masonry, finishes and sitework on a steady pipeline of international projects. You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.

Responsibilities Perform digital takeoffs for assigned trades using Planswift and Bluebeam

Organize quantities by CSI division with full sheet referencing

Prepare marked-up drawing sets showing all measured areas

Flag drawing conflicts and missing information to the lead estimator

Meet delivery dates on multiple concurrent projects Requirements B.Sc. / B.Tech Civil Engineering or DAE Civil with strong track record





2+ years hands-on takeoff experience

Working proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff

Solid Excel skills and attention to detail under deadline pressure
