Kelly is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate with strong Order Picker and Reach Truck experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid‑paced distribution environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working with up-to-date warehouse technologies, including a current Auto Store system.

Location: Mayfield Rd & Heartlake Rd, Brampton, ON

Shift: Day Shift — 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.36 per hour

Hours: 46–56 hours per week (extra hours as required)

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment or Yale Reach.

Support daily warehouse functions: picking, packing, staging, and general warehouse duties

Perform order picking using an RF scanner

Meet productivity and accuracy targets in a rapid-paced distribution center

Lift up to 40 lbs as required

Assist with additional machinery as trained and needed

Work extended hours when business requires

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience operating Order Picker and Reach Truck

CSA‑approved steel‑toed shoes





Must be certified/licensed for:

Class 2, Lift Code 2 – Order Picker (OS)

Class 2, Lift Code 3 – Reach Truck (RT)

Ability to operate Yale equipment (experience with Yale preferred over Raymond)

Valid Driver’s License

Strong attention to detail

Experience working in a distribution center

Experience as a Picker/Packer

Willingness to learn additional machinery as needed
