What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with a genuine, upbeat attitude and make them feel at home
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
Serve meals and drinks efficiently while keeping things relaxed and personable
Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy
Suggest menu items and daily features to enhance the guest experience
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
Manage multiple tables while staying calm and friendly during busy times
Address guest questions or concerns in a helpful, skilled manner
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant experience is an asset,
but we’re happy to train the right person
Strong customer service skills and a naturally friendly personality
Comfort working in a casual but qualified hotel workplace
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a rapid-paced setting
Knowledge of POS systems (Toast is a bonus)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
