Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and skilled manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns promptly.
Process guest payments and complete transactions accurately.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions, and beverage offerings.
Set up, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bussers, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work a minimum up to 4+ days per week.
Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Previous serving, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
Experience with POS systems is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure.
Pro Serve certification (or willingness to obtain, where required) is considered an asset.
