Duties
Assist the Regional Sales Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service and exceeding sales targets
Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store events and sales campaigns
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Must Haves:
Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management with supervising experience preferred




Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and vendor relationships
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in POS systems
Leadership qualities with demonstrated team management
Sound understanding of pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and marketing techniques
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Organizational skills necessary for inventory control, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
Math proficiency

Pay: $19.00-$25.76 per hour
