Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic to join our agile maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty diesel equipment and industrial machinery. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet and equipment, supporting our operational excellence.

Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical parts of heavy equipment
Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems accurately
Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting gear safely and efficiently during repairs and assembly tasks
Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs for all equipment serviced
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of commercial equipment using appropriate tools and techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities

Qualifications




Valid 310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic certification with proven experience in heavy-duty diesel engine repair
Dealership or industrial equipment experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge across various machinery
Proficiency with schematics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex issues
Hands-on experience with welding, heavy lifting, power tools, and hand tools required for repairs and maintenance
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly in a fast-paced environment
