Lead the Men’s Recovery Program as the Campus Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Thunder Bay. This full-time role combines operational oversight with spiritual mentorship within a Christ-centered workplace. As the Campus Manager, you will provide leadership and operational management for addiction recovery services.

Your role focuses on fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and servant leadership among staff and volunteers. You will ensure program excellence, monitor client progress, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise campus staff and volunteers
Monitor program outcomes and client progress
Ensure safety and compliance with health standards




Oversee operational needs and budget accountability
Build relationships within the community and faith-based partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Leadership experience in addiction recovery or ministry
Current First Aid Certification required
Robust communication and conflict-resolution skills
