Our Childcare team handles all aspects of child protection, including court representation, adoption proceedings, and advice on local authority duties. You will be part of a dynamic workplace that fosters team collaboration and professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in care proceedings and court
Provide advice on pre-proceedings and deprivation of liberties
Advise local authorities on private law obligations
Offer training to clients and team members
Participate in Local Family Justice Boards Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience
Expertise in childcare law and court procedures
Robust communication and teamwork skills
