We are actively recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a private female employer with Quadriplegia in all activities of daily living.

Start Date: Immediately

Location:
Maple Ridge, BC (Near Valley Fair Mall)

Compensation:
$25.00 an hour

Shifts:
Sunday and Monday
9:00am to 1:30pm OR 2:00pm
Possibility of more shifts in the future

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
All aspects of personal care including toileting and bowel care
One person transfers using an overhead lift
Driving to appointments and occasional outings
Meal preparation
Household duties and cleaning

Requirements:
Driver's License is preferred
Qualified Caregiver or experience with personal care and quadriplegic care
Must be comfortable working in an setting with animals
RCA or related Certification preferred
Must show a keen willingness to learn
Must undergo a Criminal Record Check




Must be physically fit and able to perform duties such as bending and lifting
Comfort driving a wheelchair accessible van when needed

Pay: $25.00 per hour
