Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled and experienced Apparel Printing/Heat Press Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting various production processes. This role offers an chance to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical knowledge and printing experience are highly valued. The Technician plays a crucial part in delivering precise printing solutions to meet customer specifications and production deadlines.

General Responsibilities:
Help in setting up jobs and monitoring the press.
Check for print quality.
Maintain accurate production records.
Read and understand spec sheet.
Operate, maintain and calibrate equipment
Some understanding of graphics and colors would be an asset
Work well with other members of staff
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse or construction.
High School diploma and good English skills required.
Positive Knowledge of software and design programs
Strong communication, and problem solving skills to operate and troubleshoot various mechanical issues.
Ability to lift 50lbs is an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
